These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of etchecleaning.com (the "Site") and, where applicable, the commercial cleaning services provided by Etche Cleaning ("Etche," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging Etche for services, you agree to these Terms.
This is a general template provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for legal advice. We recommend having it reviewed by a licensed attorney and adapted to your specific business and jurisdiction before relying on it.
The Site is provided to give current and prospective clients information about Etche's services, service areas, and to facilitate requests for walkthroughs and quotes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.
Information submitted through the contact form or otherwise is used to schedule a walkthrough and prepare a proposed scope of work and price. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service agreement — a service relationship begins only once both parties agree to a written scope of work and pricing.
Cleaning services are provided under a separate written agreement between Etche and the client, established after a walkthrough, covering the specific scope of work, schedule, and monthly retainer rate for that account. These Terms apply to use of the Site generally; the specific service agreement governs the cleaning relationship itself, including cancellation and service-change terms.
Where clients choose to pay online, payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Etche is not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
Monthly retainer amounts, billing dates, and any applicable late-payment terms are set out in the individual client's service agreement.
The Site and its content (including service descriptions and service-area information) are provided "as is" for general informational purposes. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Liability related to cleaning services themselves is governed by the applicable client service agreement.
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe for payments and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising and analytics. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Etche name, logo, and Site content are the property of Etche Cleaning unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
